Just came from a fantastic night session where we got to hear from Mark Gauthier- the National Director of the US Campus Ministry- and learned four main motivations for doing Summer Projects:
1) for God's glory
2) because we recognize that SPs play a role in fulfilling the Great Commission
3) because we take seriously the stewardship we have of our ministry
4) for the sake of those who don't know Christ.
I know that's super simple and somewhat vague... Ask me about what, specifically, he talked about relating to each one! It was so encouraging and exciting.
